What is your return/exchange policy

How long does delivery take?

For all orders, two types of delivery are available.
Express Delivery (7 - 12 days) or Free or Standard Delivery depending on your location (15 - 21 days). If the order does not arrive within the time indicated, you are eligible for a refund of shipping costs. Just send us an email (info@drip2rue) indicating the order number to receive your refund. 
All orders can be followed live by a tracking number and a tracking link which is communicated by e-mail to the address indicated by the customer.
Please note that sometimes the tracking link is only sent after a few days because the package must be accepted by the carrier who communicates the tracking link to us once the package is on its way
 
Delivery may be delayed by exceptional events such as strikes, customs control, multiple public holidays, temporary loss of packages. We can be reached at any time on our platforms to help you locate your package if you have problems tracking your order.

If you are not your shoe size, please send us a message on one of our platforms. An expert will do their best to help you find the appropriate size or shoe size for your order, depending on the shoe model you want.

My package has not arrived, what should I do?

Accepted Answer

If your package does not arrive within the estimated time and the tracking status has not changed after several days, we will contact the post office to find out the delivery status and if necessary, we will open a case of "lost of packages". The post office will review the case and if the package is declared lost, you will get a full refund. The process can take up to 14 days as the post office must first tell us that after their search they have not found the package.

Our products are shipped directly from production facilities to speed up the delivery process. Mainly from France, Germany, China, Vietnam, Thailand etc...
However, returns are made in France and Germany so that they can be processed more quickly
